These would consist of derelict properties gone beyond preservation in their present state. They would be large scale projects commanding substantial time and financial commitments.
- Merchants Quay : developed the Bridge Street corner into an amenity site.
- Limerick Memorial : its total restoration in two phases.
- St . Munchin's Graveyard : clean up and repaired headstones
- Finbanker Cannon : restored and erected outside King John's Castle.
- The Potato Market : developed for civic and market usage.
- St. Munchin's (C. of I.) Church : restored for civic and cultural usage.
- The Bishops' Palace : total restoration of the building.
- St . Michael's Graveyard : restored as a public park.
- Merchants' Quay : Irishtown City Wall : Johnsgate section, phase 1 restored the full length of the existing wall and landscaped its environs.
- The Crescent : restored the Georgian features and floodlit the buildings.
- Georgian House : a total restoration of No 2 Pery Square .
- Demi Culverin Cannon : cleaned and mounted on a new carriage – its now at King John's Castle.
- The Coach Houses at the rear of No 2 Pery Square : restoration of these derelict outhouses.
- St . John ' s Church (C. of I. ) : total restoration of this disused church.
- St. John's Churchyard Wall :restoration of the stone boundary wall. Firstothree stages are completed.
- The Unthank Crypt: A full restoration of this important Monument.
- Catherine Hayes: Grave and Sarcophagus in Kensal Green Cemetery, London was fully restored.
- People's Park : Restored the two Victorian pavilions in the People's Park.
- O'Brien's Park: Restoring the badly vandilised Victorian pavilions.
- Killeely Cemetery: Phase 1 - remove all wild vegetation and survey the burial ground.
